Quadrilateral Detectives



I picked up this work earlier and it would seem that corners have been torn off? Also, these boys seem to have drawn lines all over their work! 

Can anyone explain what's been going on here?!

    whats going on is they've torn the corners so that they could find out if the shape had right angles and they drew the lines on their work to see if the shape had parallel lines and that is my explanation.
